BSL-3-workshop "Expert person"

This workshop is aimed at the "expert persons" of protection level 3. The "expert persons" must keep their technical knowledge up to date (TRBA 200 6. (4)). We hereby offer you the opportunity to refresh your specialist knowledge and expand your competences in occupational health and safety.

The topics (1) and (7) of the list in Appendix 1 of the TRBA 200 form the focus of this workshop at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover: "Evaluation of relevant bio-materials", as well as "Inactivation and disinfection". Information and suggestions on both topics will be conveyed in lectures. There will also be the opportunity to visit relevant workplaces both in a BSL-3 laboratory and in BSL-3 animal husbandry.

The possibility of discussion and exchange to the considered topics is given in each case after the individual program points as well as in the breaks in sufficient measure. After the workshop, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance as proof of further training.
