DZG Lunchtime Career Talk: Working as a clinician scientist

At the next session, Stefanie Deinhardt-Emmer will give an insight into her work as a clinician scientist.

Stefanie Deinhardt-Emmer works as a clinician scientist at Jena University Hospital. Before she became Assistant Medical Director at the Institute for Medical Microbiology at Jena University Hospital and started her own research group on Translational Microbiology, she gained research experience abroad at the Buck Institute of Research on Aging. Stefanie is currently engaged in an Advanced Clinician Scientist Program and attracted important fundings. She has won several awards, like the Lecture Award of the Else Kröner Clinician Scientist Symposium or the Award of the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology.
