At the next session Reiner Jumpertz-von Schwartzenberg and Dennis Nurjadi will give an insight into her work as a clinician scientist.
About the speakers
Reiner Jumpertz-von Schwartzenberg is W3 Professor for Clinical Metabolism and Obesity Research at the Helmholtz Center Munich at the University of Tübingen as well as Head of Clinical Study Center and Attending Physician at the University Hospital Tübingen. He gained valuable experiences in research stays abroad and was part of the Clinician Scientist Program at BIH Charité.
Dennis Nurjadi is a clinician scientist working on microbial genomics and antimicrobial resistance. He holds a W2-Professorship at the University of Lübeck and is Senior Consultant (oberärztlicher Leiter) in the microbiological diagnostics at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein. He was supported by the Clinical Leave programme of the DZIF Academy.
