Management of malaria in the era of drug resistance: A workshop for BNITM clinicians and researchers

In Malaria, artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs) have long been the mainstay of therapy. However, with the threat of antimicrobial resistance, novel therapeutic approaches are sought after. This 2-day DZIF workshop is an update for physicians and researchers involved in the care of malaria patients and in the research for new therapies. The goals are to:

a) provide an update on new regimens and treatment options to treat malaria and
b) to initiate discussions about future studies and Progress.
