Enter the world of infection research

The Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI) and the German Center for Infection Research (DZIF) are opening their doors on the Science Campus Braunschweig-Süd under the motto "Enter the world of infection research".

The HZI and the DZIF offer interested people of all ages insights into exciting topics from our current research with guided tours, lectures and hands-on activities for young and old.

The supporting program includes the research workshop of the well-known TV science show "Die Physikanten" as well as the opportunity to meet renowned DZIF and HZI researchers such as Prof. Mark Brönstrup, Prof. Melanie Brinkmann, Prof. Josef Penninger and many more in person.

Directions

The Science Campus Braunschweig-Süd is located at Inhoffenstr. 7, 38124 Braunschweig. Please note that there are no parking spaces available on campus on the day of the event and only limited parking spaces are available in the surrounding area. We therefore recommend using public transportation. The following stops are located near the campus:

Stöckheimer Markt (bus line 431 and tram line 1)
Senefelderstraße (bus line 421)
